The Challenge
The original site was built on Drupal 7, outdated and nearing end-of-life. Content and media management had become clunky, site performance was slipping, and the editorial team struggled to keep pace with updates. Since the studio relied heavily on Mindbody to display class schedules and instructor info, the lack of real-time sync meant a disjointed user experience.
They needed a modern CMS that could:
- Seamlessly integrate with Mindbody’s API,
- Offer real-time class schedules and instructor updates,
- Manage images and videos efficiently,
- Deliver a smooth mobile experience,
- And support future growth.

Our Solution
We upgraded the platform to Drupal 10 and delivered a full-scale redesign with both performance and user experience in mind.
- Simplified content types for easier site management.
- Enhanced media library supporting videos, responsive images, and reusable assets.
- Custom Mindbody integration that automatically pulls class and instructor data into Drupal, keeping the schedule always up to date.
- Modern, responsive frontend that lets users filter classes by style, level, or age group.
- Performance improvements through smart caching and frontend optimization, ensuring smooth media-rich browsing.

The Results
The result is a sleek, fast, and intuitive website that matches the energy of the studio itself.
Now visitors can:
- Browse live schedules, directly synced from Mindbody,
- Filter by class type, level, or instructor with ease,
- Watch videos and explore instructor profiles without slow load times.
Meanwhile, the content team can update pages without developer help, saving time and reducing support costs.
