Drupalaton 2014
As it turned out, we happened to be the first ones interested among a nice group of companies who are now also sponsoring the event. It's so good to see that the Hungarian Drupal developer companies feel and understand the nature of this community and try to give back to it to the extent of their means.
So what is Drupalaton?
We are talking about Hungary’s second biggest Drupal event that takes place in Keszthely, at Lake Balaton between August 7th - 10th. The event hosts workshops and trainings on various different topics, and besides this the Drupalers can sprint on Drupal 8 issues during all 4 days. Zsófi Major, our project manager is one of the core organizers of the conference, and after the success of Drupal Developer Days 2014 in Szeged she is very excited to see the awesome ‘line-up’, as attendees are coming from all over the world. Dávid Segesvári, one of our developers is co-hosting a workshop about Drupal commerce, and Gergely Csonka, our CTO is going to be a volunteer helping the organizers on the spot, so it’s has been really great to see the Cheppers team take part in the event in their own ways.
We spent the last few weeks with excited preparations, as we're going to move our base to Keszthely for these few days. We wanted to show our support by giving free days to our team members instead of official holidays, and their attendance fee was also covered by the company.
So, everything is ready for us to spend 4 memorable, professionally constructive days in Keszthely!
